The President Hotel, situated on 14th Street and Collins Avenue, embodies Miami Beach’s iconic Art Deco style, a legacy that began in 1935 when renowned designer L. Murray Dixon designed the boutique hotel. Each guest room features a nature-inspired accent wall and modern furnishings. Our prime location in South Beach is steps from stop attractions and entertainment. Guest enjoy access to our rooftop pool, located in our new wing, The President Villa. Our additional sister property, the 43-room Penguin Hotel is tucked just behind our main building on Ocean Drive.

The new rooftop pool at the President Villa, a recently constructed wing of the hotel, is accessible to all President Hotel guests, and features breathtaking views of Miami.

We offer the following options for our guests.

Valet Parking: Enjoy limitless in and out privileges until 12 p.m. the following day. $39.90/day for regular cars and $51.30/day for SUVs (inclusive of taxes).
Street Parking: $4/hour parking available in designated paid parking spaces.
Public Garages: $2/hour or $20 - $25/day (rates may vary).
The closest garage is one block away at 1301 Collins Avenue. Additional garages may be found on 1557 Washington Ave., 231 16th St., and 1601 Drexel Ave.
